HE compiler of this Souvenir intends the publication to be not only    a commemoration of the Silver Jubilee of His Majesty, King   George V, but also to be a lasting                   Record of Codsall as it is today.

He has introduced various views of the different aspects of the Village, including a short description of present day conditions, institutions, businesses, etc., being of the opinion that it will be of great interest in years to come. The majority of the photographs were taken within the last week, showing "Codsall as it is".
